Other awesome musicians and musical projects:
Dr. Elaina Burns
Dr. Burns has premiered much of my music, and she has done so with amazing musicality and skill.  She is based in Dubuque, Iowa and is the piano professor at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.  Together with Allen Cordingley and Dr. Corey Mackey, she plays in the UW-Platteville faculty trio Ensemble 135.

Dr. David Cooper
Dr. Cooper is the man who taught me trumpet.  Besides being the trumpet professor at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, he plays with the Madison Symphony Orchestra and freelances both Jazz and Classical around southern Wisconsin.  He also blogs about repertoire, trumpet equipment, trumpet maintenance, and has released some pretty awesome albums that you can get at his site.

Dr. Thomas Taylor Dickey
Dr. Dickey taught me organ and music history.  The former director or orchestral activities at UW-Platteville, he is currently the Director of Orchestral Studies Oklahoma State University.  Whether he is conducting, playing organ or piano or bassoon, or teaching, he does it with a high quality matched by few others.

Dr. Amy Dunker
Dr. Dunker is a composer based in Dubuque, Iowa, who has had many local and international performances of her work.  She is also an amazing trumpet player, and teaches composition, trumpet, theory, and aural skills at Clarke University.

Dr. David Earll
Dr. Earll is a fantastic tuba player on faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where he also directs the Pioneer Brass Ensemble and teaches world music and music technology.

Sean Garde
Sean Garde is an amazing saxophonist, who has premiered almost all of the music I've written for the saxophone.  He is a great promoter of new saxophone music as well as a composer.

Dr. Corey Mackey
Dr. Mackey teaches clarinet at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and plays with the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra.  From Classical to Jazz to Klezmer, Dr. Mackey is master of the clarinet.  He, along with Dr. Elaina Burns and Allen Cordinley, plays in the UW-Platteville faculty trio Ensemble 135.

Molto Native Music
Molto Native Music is a growing project run by bassoonist Dr. Jacqueline Wilson to connect and showcase Native Americans in classical music, be they composers, performer, and/or students.  Even if one is not of Native American roots, Molto Native Music is definitely worth checking out.

Orchestration Online
What started as a humble YouTube channel has become a major online resource for composers and orchestrators a all stages of life.  Besides the channel, there is a very insightful blog, a massive Facebook group, and various courses in orchestration.  Run by New Zealand-based composer and orchestrator Thomas Goss, author of 100 Orchestration Tips.

Alyssa Reynolds
Alyssa Reynolds is a versatile percussionist in Madison, Wisconsin who is a member of the Steel Pan ensemble Panchromatic Steel.  She is also an amazing artist
